  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. Exact costs will be displayed during checkout, before order completion.

  4. Order Tracking: All shipped orders include a tracking number that will be provided to the customer once the order is dispatched. This allows customers to track the status and location of their orders in real-time.

  5. Shipping Destinations: Currently, we offer shipping to addresses within the country. However, we are working to expand our shipping services to other countries in the future.

  6. Delivery Policy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address is correct and accessible during business hours to receive the package. If there are any delivery issues or if the package is returned due to incorrect delivery information or unavailability to receive, an additional re-shipping fee will be charged.

  7. Transportation Damage: We will do our best to ensure that all products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation. However, if the product arrives damaged, we ask the customer to contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation.
